[Insider 61] Win a SneakyArt Postcard!
a fresh giveaway + this month’s hangout + the chance to pose a question to an upcoming podcast guest.
Dear Insider,
It’s time for a fresh giveaway! This month I am sending up to FIVE SneakyArt postcards from my corner of the world to yours.
For a chance to get SneakyArt in your mail, let us play the game of tiny people. Also in today’s post, some sweet Insider privileges. Read on!
*New readers, head this way for a quick re-introduction to myself and my work.
There are two ways to play the game of tiny people:
1. Write a tiny story
Pick a tiny person. Give them a tiny place in your big world. Tell their story.
“Enjoying the sun”
Winter’s sun was tricksome, she had learned. Gone for days on end, then suddenly there. Quick reflexes were needed. And alert feet. This time, she was ready.
2. Write a haiku
Haiku is a style of Japanese poetry rich in allegory and images. It is written as a three-line poem with a 5-7-5 syllable count. Traditionally, the first two lines paint one image, and the third adds another.
“Happy Together”
He opened the jam
For her steady hands to spread.
Happy together.
Ready to Play?
Pick a tiny person, above or below. Tell their tiny story in the comments. I will pick winners later this week!
