Carolyn, I learned so much from listening to everyone that waited in line. So much of writing and art, as you would know, feels like screaming into a void. It is a rare and heartening experience to have people tell you what they think of your work! And I am so, so glad that I got to meet you IRL. I hope we have the chance to do it again soon. (I plan to be back in the spring!)
