Dear Insider,

Today I turn a year older. Over 35 years on this planet, I have gained exactly one year every year. But when I zoom in, I find that I did not always move in a straight line. At some times, I have been younger, much younger than I really am. At other times, I have been older than my years. It has been a most fulfilling year.
