🎙 Episode 57 with John Muir Laws
This Friday I released the new episode of the Podcast with SF-based naturalist, artist and educator John Muir Laws. It is a conversation about paying attention to the natural environment, keeping a nature journal and the idea of nature stewardship.
Last year I shared my process of making cheat sheets before every podcast recording. I spoke about how these notes help me visualize my thought process, and organize my curiosity against my research.
⚫️ After doing my research, in black ink I note the first set of ideas including a mind map (top left). Flowcharts help me connect ideas and balance research against curiosity.
🔴 A few days later, in red, I add second thoughts to the mind map and assign a chronological flow to the conversation.
