Really appreciate the thoughtfulness with which you reflect on podcasting and trusting that the conversation can and will get to a place where the two people talking are fully present without a thought to who else will eventually hear. As well, how inspiring to hear about those stand up comedians who just kept going for it because they were determined to learn/grow through the period where the jokes fell flat. Thanks for sharing a glimpse into the early inspiration and the five years of just 'doing the work'.

What struck me today (& you have mentioned this before) is the notion that copying something is somehow not really drawing. I grew up with this frame of mind also. Thank you for disspelling this myth (again!) & for inspiring me to just keep making art. So grateful for all you do. Enjoy your travels!
