I’ve never had a poem tell me what to do, but if I was to try, it would be from Meadowlands! “Show them your clandestine passion for red meat” is such a powerful line - thanks for reminding me about it.

Actually, whether the prose was the dessert or the sketch was the entrée is a toss up. Kudos to your beautiful and talented writing and sketching. To answer the poem question, I can’t say I’ve ever had a poem per se tell me what to do, but I’ve had inspirational writings encourage me to take inspired steps. Does that count? 🌞🌻
