I’m a rain reveler. Especially since moving to dry Colorado, I savor every drop and flake. A foggy day is like seeing a unicorn. Ah, atmospheric moisture!

I’m also in dry Colorado. Lived here all my life. This week we had a full day of rain--I think it’s been like 10 years since the last time that happened! So long I can hardly remember another true “rainy day.” I’m never sad to get wet! It starts raining, and it makes me want to go out for a walk in it!

For me - it depends on the day and my mood and what I have planned. Sometimes being bundled up prepared and safe is just what I need. But other times saying “weather be damned” and letting the drops run down my face is the best emotional cleansing.

I tend to be the person ready to ignore it - or enjoy it, as the case may be. That sometimes gets me in trouble since I don’t live in the PNW anymore and sudden rain is rarely just sprinkles; I’ve ended up sopping wet a few times

I've become spoiled by the sprinkles. Can barely even remember the torrential rain of India!

I am an ignore it type generally, as the Newfoundland saying goes 'don't like the weather wait five minutes'. It doesn't always work in St. John's - was there 40 odd years ago when the street lights stayed on for a solid month of heavy fog - great grandfather spent four days becalmed in the fog off the south coast sailing from England to Halifax; I'm now on the best/west coast of Newfoundland. Then again for the hurricane remnants it's generally best to stay indoors away from windows 😊
