A Few Good Lines
#273: a sneakyart drop for your inbox + ๐๐ผ hello!
Dear reader,
Todayโs post is going out to a lot of new readers. If that includes you, here are some posts to introduce you to me and my work:
๐ผ๏ธ Questions people asked at my last open studio. If you live in Vancouver, scroll to find the invite to my next open studio at the end of this month.
๐๏ธ Why I love to use a Fountain Pen, as a recovering perfectionist.
๐ Lessons from a Sketchbook Habit, that have nothing to do with the drawings themselves.
๐ถ I became a father just over a year ago, and it has been life-changing.
The SneakyArt Post is a newsletter of secretly drawn art of the world. Every week, I share the latest pages from my sketchbooks, and the best ideas from my journey as an artist and writer.
A situation this week made me very angry, and I was going to share all kinds of words with you. But now it has resolved itself, and I have nothing to say. This weekโs post is therefore a SneakyArt Drop - a thing of many lines but few words - made for your inbox so full of words all the time.
Thank you for reading. I am glad to have a space in your inbox, and a share of your time and attention every week.

Hello Nishant! Congratulations on becoming a father! Yes, children do change our lives! Alot! Love your sketches.
Nishant! Love your work. I have two questions, if you don't mindโฆ
1. What type of paper do you work with? I'm using a Lamy Safari with medium nib, but find the ink's tone inconsistent on certain paper โ i.e. when I draw a line, the ink goes from "light" to "dark".
2. What's the paper pad you use in this post's images?
Thanks!
