Congratulations on your 1000. You need a 1000 to sustain yourself as a full time artist and there you are! I enjoy your newsletter for its insights and the way it connects me to you. You share freely and that makes me feel like it's a letter from a friend who wants me to grow alongwith him. All the best!

Super awesome on reaching over 1000 subscribers!! Congrats!! Although your newsletter is about art, its contents are so relevant in our everyday life. The life struggles and doubts of an artist are also shared with those of us in other fields. Every time we use our eyes to see, to look at something, we are in essence creating and interpreting art in our mind. Art is life and life is art.

Your artwork is delightful. So enjoyable to look at. But I also love that you explain the thought process and technique. And how it has affected your life. Congratulations on 1000+.

I'm glad to hear that, Mark. I've been working on a couple of YT videos this week, to share my technique further. I hope to release them next week!

I love your art, I love your rambling thoughts in your posts, I love your podcast (although I do find it a bit long for the amount of time I have to listen and have to break it up into manageable chunks).

Hi Linda, so good to hear from you. I'm glad you enjoy the show despite it being so long (😅 sorry!). I listen to a lot of long episode podcasts and also have to break them into smaller chunks. I think that's a fine way to listen, and maybe better to absorb certain ideas!

Just want you to know that we're listening. Love the "Pick it up, curl the pages, smile, put it back." Your raison d'etre is also wonderful: to see the beauty in everyday life. Scribble and sketch on, my friend!

Thank you, Nel! I love the feeling of worn books, and I'm excited to reach the time when my own book will be among someone's old and worn-out collection! :)
